At the international level, the AFL-CIO is involved in climate change and energy issues through the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC). AFL-CIO members were part of an ITUC delegation during the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change negotiations in Bali, Indonesia, in 2007 and Poznan, Poland, in 2008.
